A frontier town called Borealis springs up in the Canadian north, near the Beaufort Sea, serving a growing number of entrepreneurs, troops and exiled politicians who have come north vying for their share of ‘black gold’ and a stake in the earth’s newest and last frontier.

As several nations claim sovereignty over Canada’s vast arctic territories, the League of Nations declares an international free zone. The immediate result of this edict is an influx of profiteers, adventurers, would-be-lawmakers and whores.

A retired ultimate fighter named Vic, who owns the town’s airstrip, hotel and bar does his best to keep the peace amongst a motley group of international characters who are vying to solidify their stakes in the new frontier.
